FULL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
-for both the bride and groom, the short version will not be acceptable

VALID 10 YEAR BRITISH PASSPORT
 -photocopies of both passports are needed

CERTIFICATE OF NON-IMPEDIMENT TO MARRY
 -for both the bride and groom, can be obtained from your local Registrar and will take approximately one month
- It must not be obtained more than three months before the actual wedding day

  DECREE ABSOLUTE
- if either of the parties are divorced

 DEED POLL CERTIFICATE
- if either the bride or groom have changed their name

 ADOPTION CERTIFICATE
-if either of the parties were adopted

 DEATH CERTIFICATE
-late partner’s death certificate must be obtained if either of the parties has been widowed

 STATUARY DECLARATION OF CONSENT of parent or guardian signed and stamped by a solicitor if either party is under 18 years of age

 BAPTISM CERTIFICATE needed for Catholic and Orthodox weddings. If you want to marry in the Catholic or Orthodox Church please e-mail us  and we will send you further information

Translation of all documents may be done in resort.
There is an extra cost and documents must be sent to us
at least 2 months before the actual wedding day.

You should arrive in Rhodes at least 5-7 days before the actual wedding day to fill out your marriage license application.
